This printable Credit Score Progress Tracker provides a simple way to monitor your credit score over 12 months. The sheet combines a monthly tracking table with a visual chart, making it easy to record your scores and follow changes throughout the year.
The Credit Overview section includes spaces for the year, starting credit score, target score, credit bureau and target date. These fields help you establish a starting point and keep your credit goals visible as you update the tracker.
The Monthly Score Log provides separate rows for January through December, with columns for the credit score, source or bureau, change and notes or actions taken. You can record scores from sources such as Equifax, Experian or TransUnion and note any changes from month to month. For meaningful comparisons, try to use the same scoring model and source consistently.
At the bottom, the Visual Progress Chart lets you plot your monthly credit scores to see how they change over the year. The chart includes months along the horizontal axis and a credit score scale from 400 to 850. Connect your recorded points to create a simple line graph showing your progress.
This monthly credit score tracker is useful for personal finance planning, credit monitoring and keeping a record of your credit score history. Print a new copy each year and store completed sheets in your financial planning binder for future reference.
