This Potty Training Reward Chart gives children a cheerful way to mark their daily progress. Add your child’s name and the week’s starting date, then use the Monday-through-Sunday chart to celebrate small steps.
Each day includes four spaces: tried the potty, pee in potty, poop in potty, and washed hands. Add a sticker or color a circle when your child practices a step. You can use the chart to recognize effort as well as completed actions.
The My Celebration / Reward line lets you write down a simple celebration to work toward. Use the Progress & Proud Moments section to record milestones, encouraging moments, or notes from the week.
Download and print the chart on Letter-size paper, 8.5 × 11 inches. Its black-and-white design lets children choose their own colors and stickers for a personalized weekly chart.
